What are somethings I might need to be mindful of from the start? And what should I go for for my first video?
Thanks, I am working on a small one on a piece of paper. I'm still figuring out story elements, but I have a thought on one. with talking, I'll need to write a funny script. And I'm finding an art style for this one that I'm interested in. One thing that makes this hard is that I don't have a tablet, So everything is done at first on paper.Okay, i can talk from experience having done loads of animations. Firstly whatever the animation, stopmotion or flash. Do a storyboard. With it you can be as detailed as you want. Then if music or talking is involved and you need to lip sync, you then must have a timeline with reference to all the sounds or mouth shapes needed for different vowels or consonants. From which you can peice together a timeline including how long different sounds are held for. Also how many fps (frames per seconds) are you working at? 25/24 recommended. The rest I can fill you in on if you requireFeel free to post me a reply.
