Looks fine to me. The regular comment system is really bad and antiquated. It's way too hard to sort comments with the current setup.
And this is why the new comment sorting sucks....

It's the fact the YouTube thinks that two best (or top) comments are two are telling off the creator. So what I'm saying is there new way of "sorting" what comments people would want to see most does like the opposite

YouTube has no way to tell what comments people want to see, nor does it have the ability to tell if a comment in negative or positive. The new sorting has nothing to do with those comments, and it would look the same whether that idea was implemented or not. No, because they are not the newest comments, so they wouldn't be at the top, unless you hit "Top Comments".

I was curious if they were in your Circles because that would explain them being at the top. But since you say they aren't, that is rather curious.
