And Then The Recording Blew Up

I had terrible sinuses (still do!) and flute was really my only option apart from a hand only instrument haha. I would love violin to be honest! I watch a few other channels who do epic gaming music with violins and it just sounds so very awesome. It is a really cool instrument
Sorry to hear about your sinuses... =( I can relate.... =S The bow part of violin is the trickiest part, but I think the instrument is more musically logical than a lot of other instruments. I don't think I could have ever passed a music theory class if I had learned a different instrument....it only made sense because I could whip out an imaginary violin during exams and relate things to how the violin worked...xD

And it's never too late to learn a new instrument! : D

When I was learning flute I really felt there was no rhyme or reason behind the finger placement. I still don't even though I am sure there is some haha. If I can ever pick up a cheap violin I would be on it in a heartbeat. And probably murder my family's ear drums but they can deal

One of my first videos was quite a long tutorial where I had to explain something that was pretty hard to explain. The first 3 takes I kept messing it up and had to start again. Then on the 4th take, everything went perfectly well. The words flowed out, the timing was spot on, my examples were on point. I was so happy that at the end, it was fist pumping all round until I noticed.................................. I had forgotten to press record on the audio......... :(

I would have probably cried if that happened to me. I am seriously thinking of having a checklist like a pilot haha
