Analytics .. How Do I use It?

I know there are YouTube vids on how to use it but their like 15mins long and I ain't got time fo that. So if any one could give me a quick tutorial:

The reason for my earlier blunt response is because there are a lot of people who won't do the homework and expect others to hand-feed them. Your question, "how to use Analytics" was pretty broad. If you would have asked a specific question, it would have been better.
