Analytics; color me stunned

I Love YTtalk
Released my first full-ish format video on Sunday and am nearly at 100 views (99 as I type this). My format (rough and simple outline)

1. intro
2. Puppet skit
3. Monologue
4. Music
5. Closing

With audience retention the intro shows a small drop and rises a does a hump with the puppet skit and fairly steady during the monolog (which surprised me, as I was nervous in front of the camera and it shows) (both above average), but drops below average for the musical portion which I felt was the strongest part of the video as it has a great recording quality, dynamic visuals with the guitar and colorful video game background has below average retention and my best retention comes from France (I DO like French women!), Australia and Belgium.
My video comes up in a youtube search! YAYYY!!!
What interesting tidbits have you all learned from your analytics?

When I had 8 subscribers, I would NEVER get 100 views in a video, in just 2 days.
You're doing great!
I wanted to see the video, as it interested me.
My opinion on the drop at the musical part: Maybe it's too long, you should comment throughout it, if you can.
Or else just make it last less :D
If it isn't the longevity, I don't really know.
Great video anyways!!

Thank you so much! I sent the video link to both Singular Sound (who make the drum machine) and Electro Harmonix (who make the pedals in the video) so that helped in my numbers as well as promoting it in the various forums I visit (though not one of them posted a reply...) and finally it comes up if you search youtube for nano pog!

Those analytics though have me seriously evaluating what format my next one will take.
