amount of views compared to subs?

Hey!....So I have just over 110 subs and about 950 views, I was wondering if this was normal as other channels with same amount of subs seemed to have 2000+ views!
 
I have almost 17 000 but 155 subs.

The total view count is more how good you are to get your video out there such to speak and view count and sub count usually don't intertwine. It's also about how long you've been making videos
 
It all depends on what you consider good. I have about 64,000 views and 717 subscribers. I don't consider that good, but I don't think of it as great either. I'd say good would be one view from each of your subscribers on each video (or at least close to) so if you have 100 videos, 1,000 subscribers, and 100,000 views, that would be great. If you have 500 videos, 16,000 subscribers, and 200,000 views, you have probably done too much sub4sub. If you have 50 videos, 100 subscribers, and 100,000 views, you probably have one video that people love to watch, but the rest aren't that great or your videos just don't make people want to subscribe. That's my opinion on it, but that's all it is.
 
I have 43 subs and almost 700 views. I also just started 2 weeks ago so I don't know if that changes anything at all.. oh well, I'm just gonna carry on making more videos haha
 
It varies from channel to channel. Some folks have tons of subscribers and yet each new video only gets a tiny fraction of that number in views... others have only a handful of subscribers and thousands of views. Best to focus on what you can do to improve upon your channel and not worry as much about the next guy.
 
When you have a high view count and low subscribe count that means you videos are optimized to be found but not optimized to keep people coming back or subscribing to your channel. This would be a problem that needs further investigation by the channel owner. The closer the ratio the more successful you are with your craft. It's rare the ratio would be the other way around unless you are cheating the system.
 
Put a call to action at the end of your videos("If you liked the video make sure to subscribe, it helps me out a lot."). That will help you get some subscribers.
