Most monitors don't even have that big of a resolution! What the hell Youtube? And can't you just stretch smaller images too? I mean, if it looks bad, its the user's fault.... sigh...

The size is that big so it fits on TV's and such, but the only problem I have with it is the file size limit. Who can make a good background with those dimensions and for the file size to be under 2mb (or 1mb, i can't remember)

I mean, it's ridiculous!
 
I think i like the new layout though.gunned down much creativity but im nat much of a show off either.............so heeeck .......my salvation......lol
