@benoftheweek, @MarkRodriguez2012 you probably are affiliate channels. MCN's add people who are (Smosh, PewDiePie etc) bigger channels under affiliate. With small channels, like yours the MCN doesn't want to risk legal matters with you, so that is the reason why they will put you under affiliate.
