am I going good?

I absolutely love your accent.

Your personality is really good and energetic, listening to you when I get up would put me in a good mood :). Keep it up

You don't want to fall into this early Youtube trap of being obsessed by view counts and subscriptions. Think of yourself as a product on the shelf. Right now your on the top shelf, out of reach for some, impossible to see for others and you have one tiny column of space. With other products having huge gondolas, attractive offers and massive shelf space, you're difficult to find. You're also in a very, very crowded market. Every man, woman, child and their dog (even their goldfish) can do a blog. What makes you different? Go on, do something different, unique, fun, informative and entertaining - that's what your customers are wanting.

Concentrate on YOU. Mould your character, your brand, your videos. The views and subscriptions look after themselves. Comments and likes are probably the most useful thing at the moment. If that's happening people are engaging with your work. That's the quality you want from your audience right now, rather than the quantity.

Youtube is like a snowball rolling down a hill; it's starts of tiny and rolls slower but it gets bigger and faster with every video you upload - as long as they're good and you find an audience. 25 subs and 3k views in 2 months. I would say that's a good start. But remember that the focus of the channel is you. If you put the time and effort in I think everything else (eventually, because youtube required incredible paitence) will look after itself.

Cool, I'll take all of that in, I appreciate the detailed reply! I actually didn't start uploading videos on my channel straight away so it's probably less than 2 months really.
Thanks :)

Your doing it right as long as you keep going. Also you should add your channel name in your videos somehow just incase your videos get posted on other sites. But anyhow I wouldn't really worry about subs and views if nobody is commenting or leaving any feedback on your videos. Comments and building a community around your channel is what matters the most.
