Am I Ghost Banned for No Reason?

So I have two page's on youtube, one which has my full legal name and is connected to a google+ page which is connected to my gmail...I use my gmail but I never use the google+ profile or youtube page. But I did want to set up a You Tube page, but one for my music not with my real "first and last" name. So to do so google told me I needed to set up a different type of youtube page that was a Business page, so I could just type my channel name and not a first and a last name. My "business" youtube page which I just started putting together/using in the past few months no longer lets me reply to any posts, and still see them when I log out (of course they are there when I am still logged in though). I can however, post individually and see it that comment when I log out but I can not reply to any comments. I've read so many forums and articles online about this ghost banning crap. I even emailed google/youtube's old customer service email address which worked fine and had an official rep from youtube responding to me only a few months ago. But now when I need it most there is no response through that email. I even called the customer service number for youtube, listed on google, and was put on hold for 3 HOURS and every few minutes assured "that a google rep would be with me shortly" then after 3 HOURS of holding, their end hung up on me...Am I truly being ghost banned or is something else happening that I am not aware of?? And is there a way to fix it??

I can't really answer your question fully. However, I can make a couple guesses.

It sounds to me like you aren't being banned and rather you are simply not understanding how to work the G+ YouTube integration.
I know it was really confusing to me when I first started. Keep in mind upon claiming a channel you can't lock down anything. You can always change names, titles etc.

Even if it has your name for your channel you can hop into the settings and change it over to a stage name or brand name whatever you want.

But my comment replies all showed up both while I was logged in and logged out for about a week. I know because I was checking to make sure my comments were not being ghost banned especially since I heard it is common to happen on comment REPLIES especially (rather than an individual comment). The strange disappearance/ghost banning only started this week. If there something I am not understanding or you think that I may not have done fully to integrate youtube and google+ please let me know. But I can tell you right now I have a personal youtube page which I never use, a google+ PROFILE which i never use, a google+ PAGE (that's my music page) which I hardly ever use, and a Youtube Business Page which I am using as my music page...

Google plus sure is a glop of mess[emoji14]

Whenever I tried to make a custom URL, Google would offer me the old page name. It freaking annoys me. I'm just gonna wait for five hundred subscribers.
