Well if you want over layering stuff like videos or pictures during your videos you can totally do that in premiere. You can even add those little box effect in the right corner with it. You could also see my most recent video that my brother posted and see the type of simple effects i used with premiere ( I only added in some pictures with it).

Wish it was possible to just buy it rather than pay monthly.

Usually you can buy the newer ones and dont need a monthly payment but You can get premiere 2.0 for free though, thats what i am trying to tell you.

I also find that Lightworks is really hard to use.
