Am I Doing Something Wrong?

Hello,

I have been promoting my channel all day, The good news is i'm getting some views but no subscribers and one of my video got A dislike (actually felt like giving up then but NO I'm not letting any haters win)

Anyway,

Please be 100 percent honest with me and check out my channel tell me some of my good videos and some things I need to improve so I can get on with the right track.

I only gained 4 subscribers today but the dislike doesn't make sense nor the views compared tot he subcribers earned today.

A few things that I have to say

1. A dislike is not hate. If you quit because of one dislike, you probably weren't cutout for being big. You need to get used to the idea that people will click that button. Some people feel like if they used their time to watch a video, they are going to rate it, and if it didn't blow them away, they click dislike. Don't feel too bad.

2. I don't know how many subscribers you have (it isn't showing on your channel), but based on your views, it probably isn't very many, and you need to know that it takes a lot of views for any subscribers.

3. I watched your current channel trailer video. The game volume was so loud I couldn't understand you (partly because of the accent I think, but there isn't much you can do about that). Turn down the game. People want to hear you, or alternatively I suppose, they want to hear the game. They don't want to hear both to the point that they can't understand either.


Don't feel too bad. I don't think you're doing very badly. By the way, where did you go to promote your channel all day?

1: i'm not quitting any time soon and I don't give up on things easily thought I ask what i'm doing wrong that way I can improve.
2: We currently have 32 subscribers just earned one over night we have only been up for one month so I guess its A good start.
3: It is hard since i'm from Australia so I probably have an Australian accent but there's nothing I can do change that since I was designed with that accent

As for promoting I basically trying to be active on gaming forums with my channel in the signature so I should also make friends in the gaming forums so that way i'm not just advertising.
