Am I being CAPPED on my view count?

I've Got It
So Ive had my channel for a while but deleted it all and started again. Since I started uploading 4 weeks ago Ive now got 118 subs and 23k views but I noticed last night view count picked up and I stacked on 17 new subs in a few hours but my view count over 48 hours has increased now to 3200 and I noticed per hour stacks are in a line at 93 views and 120 views multiple times. Surely thats rare to happen more than once. What do you think has happened. Would love some knowledge. Have I been organically capped or promoted for free?

Mine is always similar. I definitely think its capped/fixed.
Its like YT sends views your way until you hit a certain number within the daily algorithym and then directs to the next chennal.

Probably then looks at how well the viewer retention is then decides if you should get bumped up again or try someone else like you said.

Everything is leveled. Views, sub growth, placements across the platform.
Every channel in each vertical is ranked and slotted into position.
The only way to level up is have content that generates views at high initial acceleration and then at high velocity.

I have the similar issue,

Consistently I am in 120 views ever 48hours. I guess YouTube gives you viewers based on your channel growth.
