Absolutely you can, YouTube is excellent in product promotions for your own products and even for other products (with an affiliate link); suppose you sell razor blades and you offer a cut for every sale someone can you get you and they happen to be great at making videos, they can post your affiliate link on their page video and promote it. I happen to shop at ThinkGeek and 80% of their products they have video reviews with relevant links for purchase. so to summarize my answer, yes you're allowed to make a video about your paid product and promote it via links, images, audio mentions and any other way you'd like as long as it's on your channel and you aren't spamming someone else's.
