I need this for AE, not FCP

You stated above that you use Final Cut Pro for commentaries, hence why I suggested Optical Flow in Final Cut.
If you have access to final cut, you could always do the slow mo in that and export it across and into AE.

Yes but when the clip has multiple effects added to it and has already been audio synced, I'd prefer not to have to redo that. You have no idea how difficult it is to sync full auto weapons to songs haha

Ah, sorry I thought you had the raw clip and wanted to slow it down before doing the editing in AE!

Haha I wish! In the future I will test it out in FCP first, I guess the clip will go without the slo mo
