I wouldn't worry about video length. I've had this conversation plenty of times with a number of people discussing our own content. "Oh, your videos are too long! Make them shorter!" "Oh, some of the videos are too short, make them longer!" My advice to you is to make your videos as long as they need to be. From what I've watched on your channel, your video length is perfect. They're long enough to showcase the particular moment (funny, rampage, fail etc) but short enough that it doesn't overstay its welcome and become boring.
A point to remember - try to stay away from copywritten music. Your best bet (which I've seen in some of your videos) is to ask music creators on YouTube (or SoundCloud) permission to use their tracks for your videos. Another option is to use music services like AudioJungle or MusicBed but they can be expensive. It really depends on your budget.
It's been a very long time since I've played Dota2 but is it really that bright now? Or are you using lower quality graphics to make it easier for capturing the footage? I've noticed a few stuttering issues with the footage which makes me think the computer you're using to capture the footage doesn't have high enough specifications. Regardless, make sure graphics detail is set to maximum for the best looking video possible and try to capture the footage in 60fps. This piece of advice is dependent on your computer/capturing machine and how much you're willing to spend upgrading it if neccessary.
One thing you might want to think about is expanding beyond Dota2. Your branding suits Dota2 perfectly but there are plenty of other games out there that are begging for compilations in the style you've got now. Perhaps 'Gaming Moments'? Right now that's still too early so stick with what you've got and keep making content.
Your editing skills are fantastic, the branding is perfect and your videos are entertaining and funny to watch. I even got a good chuckle out of some of them. Keep up the good work and don't give up!

As I mentioned in the post above, don't worry too much about video length. I'll add more to my point. If you start worrying about analytics too much (like attention rate) you'll start to make content just to increase arbitrary numbers. In doing so, you'll start to lose sight of your own personality, your own content and your own style and thus be no better or different than the myriad of other content creators on YouTube. Think of Markiplier, JackSepticEye, PewDiePie etc. All of them at this point are completely interchangible - they all have dyed hair (last I checked), they all scream, they all overact etc. Make your videos the way you want and don't worry too much about statistics.
Branding wise I'll give you points on consistency. It is YOUR Let's Play channel so you are your brand. Your avatar and channel header are fine but your thumbnails do need a bit of work. While they are consistent they are incredibly plain. Perhaps make a mosaic of images or much more simply, have a screenshot of a particular moment of that episode with your face blended into the image. Also make sure to change faces for each thumbnail to reflect the 'mood' of each episode.
A final point, make sure you remain in frame for your webcam. There were moments where you'd get closer to the screen and other times where you would relax back into your chair. Try to remain in one position that is perfectly framed in the face-cam area of your video.
That's pretty much it. From the sounds of it you've got some decent audio equipment and your videos are definitely entertaining. Obviously the more videos your make and upload, the more comfortable you'll be in expressing your own personality and thus the more natural you'll appear to your potential viewers. Keep up a regular upload schedule, work on your thumbnails and you'll be set. Best of luck to you!

also Lowered settings haha. I can try to set it to max though. My only concern is that the fps @ the game decrease when the game is rendered at max. Let me try set to max while recording. Hope bandicam will cooperate.
