Your videos have definitely increased in quality since your first video. I was originally going to comment on the inconsistent audio mixing but that appears to have been solved in the later videos. Using a lavalier/lapel mic is absolutely fantastic.
The biggest issue you're currently facing is with your editing. It's obvious you're using Windows Movie Maker with the way your text appears on screen, especially with your earlier videos. It looks incredibly cheap. Depending on how much money you're willing to spend, you should consider getting a 2 camera set up. I can tell you're at least trying the technique with a single camera but the cuts betwwen certain shots are incredibly obvious. With a 2 camera set up and some clever audio cuts, you can edit the videos to ensure that there is a smooth transition between each angle and your dialogue.
Also consider investing in some lights; LED or Tungsten depending on your preference. It'll help clean up some of your visuals since I can tell your camera is trying to auto adjust in your current videos.

Lots of inconsistency with your videos. You have several different logo stings across many videos, some of the videos look like they've been recorded off the screen with a camera, your microphone is quite low quality since I can hear a lot of background noise bleeding through (as well as plosives blowing out the mic) and the audio mixing is all over the place. The music in most instances is always far louder than your vocal volume.
If you haven't, save up and invest in a decent condenser microphone with a pop filter and mix the audio in such a way that everything is levelled out correctly; vocal audio priority and background music volume low enough to still be able to hear your vocals. From a branding perspective you need to create something that is unique to you and use it across everything - logo stings, avatar, channel header, thumbnails etc. At the moment everything you have is inconsistent and all over the place.
You've got a decent number of subscribers so if you work on these issues your channel will surely grow.

That peanut butter banana stuffed French toast looks delicious.
It's definitely a unique take on cooking style channels; yours is less about the chef and their personality and more about the food.
What you should try to do for future videos is list the ingredients in the videos themselves, either as a lower third overlay or if possible, put a line to each ingredient and show it that way, with a similar font/typeface to what you're currently using for your branding. Your thumbnails could use a little work - perhaps adding in the cartoon image of yourself in them and text that is easier to read.
I know you've listed the recipe in the description but the problem is if you're watching the video on a mobile device or on a TV, the decription is hard to reach, sometimes not there at all.
You may also want to consider investing in some lights - LED, Tungsten, whatever you prefer - to stop your camera from audio adjusting in different lighting conditions. Number one rule of filmmaking - if it looks like you have enough light, add more light.
Your channel is off to a great start and if you keep it up I know it'll do well. Good luck!

I love the direction you're taking your thumbnail design but it does need a bit of work. In your 'Banished (Modded)' video from 3 days ago, the episode number position is quite small and hard to read. Consider making that a bit larger and instead of having 'Let's Play ...' in the thumbnails, replace that with 'Ranty Plays...' in a similar font/typeface as your avatar/logo. It'll ensure that viewers know the video belongs to you and keeps your branding consistent across your channel.
Continuing with branding suggestions, your Twitter header/banner is very well designed and should be used as your YouTube channel header. Again, it's important to keep your branding consistent.
