ALL NEW LAYOUT DISCUSSION GOES HERE :)

Here's my Opinion:
The new Layout is pretty good definitely an improvement.
The Design is very modern and nice. Google is a company that makes the Design of tomorrow. They were one of this first sites that had a very Flat design and now almost everyone has it.
Thats a huge plus.
But the UI is ... hmm ... As long time youtube user, its a bit confusing that they moved some functions and links.
yeah but thats just my habit
 
I just noticed when you sub to a new person, the drop down button turns blue with a checkmark, and a little windows phone themed pop up says 'subscription added' instead of that weird trying to add it push the subs down and push it in in the list on the sidebar if that made sense. I wish the sub search box was still there, and its listed in alphabetical order.

Alphabetical order would be awesome!
 
So I decided to make a mock up of a homescreen change:

Subs would also be in alphabetical list, what to watch would be a little customizable.
 
Eh... I kind of like it, honestly. It looks more clean (let's be honest, I say that about everything, but I mean it this time). It really doesn't bother me much. I can still watch videos just fine, and that's all that matters to me, in the end.
 
It's fine, actually.
I like the changes a little, with this weird colour scheme having blue (for likes and adding playlists, etc.), white and black (for dislikes)
