Alert number in bell not updating (confirmed bug)

I've Got It
ok so the last day or so i have not been getting that little red number in the top right of YouTube to tell me i have a message etc but i am still getting message when i click to check, anyone else having this or is it just me? any way to fix it

Probably another one of Google's Youtube bugs that will get fixed in a few days, don't worry. :D

Same issue and it's pretty annoying isn't it?!

I have reported it via the Google product forums and I've been told it has been confirmed as a bug by Google and that they are working on it. I'll keep this thread updated.[DOUBLEPOST=1412837364,1412837266][/DOUBLEPOST]In fact, I'll make your thread a sticky and change the title because I'm sure a few others will have this issue too. :)
 
Oh wow that's bad, I had a comment I replied to on LordMinion's channel, just double checked now and sure enough there was an alert I had missed, I wouldn't mind so much if it was just on Google+'s end, but if I reply to a comment on YouTube I want the alerts coming through YouTube.

On the top of this the subscribers number stopped updating on the main page (I can see it updating only in the dashboard). Apparently we have particularly buggy YouTube week!
