Ah ok, it's more for indoor use anywayYes it does need to have an orange tip so no one mistakes it for a real gun. If it doesn't have a tip like a bb gun you need to tell someone or make sure you are in a place where no one with freak out. People have been shot by the police for having an airsoft gun or bb gun pretending to use it as a gun.
The police in the UK don't get guns for some reason[DOUBLEPOST=1386894650][/DOUBLEPOST]
does it have a blowback barrel?I use a BB pistol gun and it doesn't have an orange tip. (It's pretty damn realistic too.)
Try looking for these!
I'll be honest. I know nothing about gun terminology. Lol.Ah ok, it's more for indoor use anywayThe police in the UK don't get guns for some reason[DOUBLEPOST=1386894650][/DOUBLEPOST]

I mean like does the part at the top slide back when fired?I'll be honest. I know nothing about gun terminology. Lol.

False, it depends on your local law though.Yes it does need to have an orange tip so no one mistakes it for a real gun. Incorrect. In order to get guns legally, there's a process you have to go through. At least where I'm from, if you don't have the orange tip, it's an illegal weapon. And even then, pointing a gun at a person may cause concern for onlookers.Depends on your local law concerning those things. Since it's the US and you can walk around with the real deal, I'd guess you are fine..
