I have just uploaded a new video to my channel which contains music background generated from Brev.ai. I have received a copyright claim from Elite Alliance Music against the AI content although other AI content has been published with no claims.
I do not understand how this is possible. Being newly generated, the music cannot exist anywhere else and there is no artist associated with it. I submitted a dispute but the company has rejected my dispute. My next option would be to appeal the decision but if my appeal is also rejected, I will receive a copyright strike. Rather than risk receiving a strike which would be permanently on my record, I have deleted the "offending" piece of music and replaced it with a newly generated piece. However, this really goes against the grain for me as I am completely innocent. I go to great lengths to ensure all content on my channel is either my ownership or in the public domain.
Has anyone else had this issue with AI generated content and if so, what was the outcome?
