Pretty much universally, counters are sent to the claimant, which has 30 days to respond. They will not respond before 30 days because they get all of your revenue for that long. Most just don't respond at all, or care, they got your money and they can go after other people.

If your channel got taken down, then there are problems on your end that you need to fix. You simply cannot use copyrighted material without permission except in the case of fair use. Period.
