After 1000 Subscribers ....

I've Got It
35000 Views, 1000 + Subscribers and 1000+ Comments.... now whats next, and how to take it forward....

After 3 months of starting the channel, Thankfully just crossed 1000 subscribers, and 2 of the videos crossed 4000 views.... Cheers :)

Any ideas to do differently and accelerate?

I'm slightly jealous. I've had my channel since October 2011, and I still haven't crossed 1,000 subs (I've been hovering around 985-990). Also my views are kinda sad compared to yours ... just barely over 19,000.

I experimented with viewer engagement and increasing subscribers... that really helped... I have a post somewhere here in YTT.... if you want to read it, I would try to get the link.... (I am a newbie a no expert on YT and don't know much about vlogging, these were just experiments that I tried and which really worked)
 
Well I have to say you are doing a great job to get 1000 subs in such a short span. I'll just add a congratulations!!
