Not entirely sure where this fit so I'm posting it here.

I've launched a video campaign through AdWords to bring awareness to my new gaming channel. I can see in my billing that the campaign either is running (or was running). I also see an increase in channel views. But when I look at my campaigns page, it shows that I have no campaigns running (and I know I didn't delete it).

Am I looking in the wrong place?

I think this might be what you were referring to- you have to scroll all the way down on the left and click "All video campaigns", for some reason they don't show up under "All online campaigns".
 
Perhaps remaking the campaign and see if it says that it already exists. Otherwise I am not sure as I have never and don't have access to these features> I hope this helped in a small way! :D
 
Randomizer is correct. Adwords had two primary categories, one for ads you see on Google and other sites that use Adsense, and second for video campaigns. Left side at the bottom, click the Video Campaign link and it will show your stuff.

Unfortunately their site is also crap for mobile.

yeah i fell victim to this as well and it took me a while to work out what the problem was. on the very bottom left had side of the page (scroll all the way down) and there will be a 'all videos campaigns' tab, thats where your youtube ads will be under. i think this is because adwords is not primarily built for videos ads but more for websites. out of interest, how are you finding adwords?

I've only ran the campaign for a day so far, but got nearly 200 views on my channel trailer (which is otherwise unlisted, so the only way to see it is on the channel page). So far, so good I'd say.

Did you manage to get it down to $0.01 per view? :)
