Adwords destroying retention rate?

I've been using Adwords for about a month now alternating between 3 videos, and even though now, they all have over 700 views each (one of which has 1000), the retention on all 3 of them is horrible, and has dragged down my overall channel retention too!

I have disabled my Adwords campaign, but has anyone else had this problem too?

Actually, seems that your problem is specific somehow... For an example - I used AdWords to share my series about building website from stratch and my channel... Retention went up actually, so maybe you need to do some changes in campaign(s) like gathering right keywords (IMPORTANT) or gathering right audience (Good practice)... Also, try with Facebook Ads Campaign, it should help with Retention...
