Adwords: Call to action overlay vs Cards

question for the ones of you who have or are using Adwords. I just found out today that when you run an ad on your video, you get a new tab in your "info and settings" tab of the video which is called Call to Action Overlay.
In here, you can push people to a website, video, video in a playlist (could be handy!) but also subscribing to your channel. The only down side is that you can't use cards anymore if you use it.

Question to you, have you played with this feature and did you analyse if CTA Overlay is better than Cards to grow your channel?

I have now removed cards for 5 of my videos that I had in adwords already and put a CTA overlay in that links people to subscribe, I will see myself as well if there's a noticeable change in the amount of subscribers gained. But would be good to have your feedback and results as well!
They both pretty much work the same for me, according to my Analytics.

I still find that Annotations work better than either of them. I don't know why, but they still seem to have more click-throughs.
