Try to cut it down as much as possible, then split it into two episodes. Any more than two videos, and it seems to drag a bit, otherwise good luck 


TO be honest, if there's no logical place to split it, theres no point in doing it. Also 20 minuets isn't that long really![]()
On YouTube? Think it's like forever. Doubt many people will watch a YouTube video that long, except when it is really, really awesome.
Also; 35 minutes will be a nightmare to edit? It's a luxury man! I edited roughly 5 hours of video down to 10 minutes (yes, I could just delete half of the footage) and I still think that video was to long, although it might be dependent on what kind of video you want to create (I don't do any commentary or so). To be honest, if you do a commentary with it it makes a lot of sense to me to split it in 4 episodes, and pick a few subject each episode. Might be nice for your subscribers to if you have some sort of miniseries.
