Personally, I would continue waiting until you get a large base of subscribers and most importantly, activity from the audience, like constant views coming in everyday.

My youtube account is 2 months long (almost 3 months) but subscribers still 60+ and video views 2000+
I need to wait longer....

I'm with you here, I'm not partnered atm.
