Advice needed

That makes me feel a lot easier, I am prepared for that but the reason for sub4sub was desperation, nothing more. Big no no for me now!

I look forward to this series as it will be interesting on how I can use it in the future!

I didn't realise how bad it was before I asked!

Well it's not some EVIL ATROCIOUS act, don't go thinking you're "bad" for doing it. The only person it hurts is you, it just makes it harder for you to win respect, cause people who are familiar with how youtube works, are gonna subconciously lose some respect for your channel when they see that, obviously good sympathetic people understand that we don't all get the ins and outs of youtube right away, but you know how people are, often they don't consider that, and will just go "400 subs? 20 views? Guys a sub4subber, his channel must suck" and then pay you no mind. So this isn't something like, horrible you did to all of us! No! It just hurts YOU, and that's why I had to let you know, and that's why it's good you understand now :) My concern was with you and your channel, not us and feeling like you did something "wrong" etc.

I do understand where you're coming from about the sub4sub part, I want to move away from that reputation as soon as possible!

The videos can be improved and so can my commentary I don't want to show you a really bad video to you so I'll put some effort in my videos and send you one.

Also if your able to, remove that stuff from your feed and unsub to those channel that you sub to for sub4sub. only keep the subscription to channel you actually like. it even better if you make your channel main page the feature tab, that way when someone clicks on your channel there not confuse by the video shown in the feed which are videos from people you subscribe to.

Actually I meant to tell you that too. That's why I first thought your channel had all those subs and views, cause I was assuming the video in your feed was your video. You really want the videos on your front page to be yours, not stuff you watched or liked, it can be confusing to others.
 
I didn't realise there was so much I could do to improve my channel!

But it does help, now time will tell how much it has improved!
