Unfortunately, I think that even if you were to add a zero your subscribers and a few zeros to your video counts, it would still be extremely unlikely for you to find a sponsorship.
As a frame of reference, a company could bid as low as $.01 on Adwords to have their advertisement displayed on YouTube.
You're currently averaging a touch less than 100 views on each of your videos... they could pay you, have a sponsorship, and have you mention their product in a video or spend only $1 to have the same number of people watch their 30 second ad while giving them far tighter controls on who sees it.
