Advice for YouTubers with no motivation.

My little tip is to imagine having a party with all your subscribers in your house. Even if you have only 100 subscribers, in most houses that would be a tight squeeze. It motivates me even if sub count is low.
 
Thanks for this. I've also done a video on my channel with tips to help YouTubers stay motivated :). It may take time, but just keep on going, consistency is important.
 
three of the biggest motivation decreasers for me, are:
unsubbers (why did you sub in the first place if you didn't like my content?)
Writers Block If I cant come up with a new video idea, a new script, a new storyline I find myself becoming distracted and loathing the thought of going back to continue trying to write as I feel like im wasting time.
and finally:
Improvement each video I create I want to do better than the last (when it comes to skits not vlogs) so when I release a skit that gets less attention than the last one It really truely brings me down I start questioning the difference in cinematography, in line deliverance, in the effectiveness of the genre of video.

Anybody have any answers to this? XD It would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Regardless if it's YouTube or your job, in order to be motivated you have to enjoy what you're doing. Don't make a video of a game just because its popular and its a "Hot" game right now. Instead do a video of a game you have fun playing because viewers can sense that and if you're having fun most likely they'll enjoy your video.

Also, consistency is key but if you can't release videos everyday or consistently, that's fine dont stress over it. Release when you can... when you are a small YouTuber viewers understand and think Quality not Quantity.
