the channel art does not really work, its way too busy and your name doesn't really stand out. also your profile picture does not match the theme at all
i find your channel trailer a little weird. the first thing you do on your trailer is to tell people to go check out your friends., maybe have that at the end, also it took 40 seconds before you actually showed some games you were playing. i would redo it. make it shorter 30 second to a minute max. get to the gameplay straight away and talk over it. also you don't really need to tell people to share content with friends family and coworkers etc, its a bit needy for a new subscriber
even though you said about the quality. people will see some of the clips and never subscriber. get some updated clips asap
the thumbnails need some work. they are all over the place, its like a random thumbnail generator spat out a bunch of examples. have a little bit more of a theme to your thumbs, could be just a colour palette and/or your logo/brand, using the same font etc
