Advice about new camera (canon t5i)

Hello guys, today I went to the store and bought a t5i (previously had a t2i) and I wanted to know what you guys think about the t5i and if it was a good investment.

Yeah, it's pretty much the same. I would've gotten the t4i if they had it at bestbuy though, but it has been discontinued and they are not selling it there anymore.

Yeah I wouldn't waste money on something just because "it's newer" since they are basically the same :p Now if it was 4k and RAW then we could talk! ;P

haha yea. I bet 4k comes to consumers at a fair price in the next few years. I've got a 4k black magic I can shoot on, and its pretty epic :) (Not my camera but I can use it for projects free)
