Adsense - Restricted Ads - A bad idea?

I was going through the advertising categories in my AdSense account and noticed that gambling ads are disabled by default. I don't have any personal objects to gambling ads being run on my videos. If I enabled these ads is there any risk of alienating or offending current or potential viewers? My initial thought would be no because I think most people would associate the ads with YouTube as a whole and not not directly with the content creator. I could be wrong about this. Any ideas?

Look at your demographics and see if it would be worth while turning them on, no point in putting gambling ads on your videos when kids watch them (just for example). :P

Even if I enable them, I would suspect that Google would target them appropriately. Why would advertisers bother paying if all Google did was show them to a bunch of 13 year-old kids? Within the right demographic I'm curious if I would still offend someone if a gambling ad was shown.

My audience demographics is 90% male where 90% are above the age of 25. 50% of my audience fall in-between ages 25-44. I've heard that the 18-34 is the most sought ofter demographic.
