yes, i know but google doesn't know who actually is adsense owner :d and noone in my family use adsence :d

They will certainly see the fact that the YouTube channel and the AdSense account are under two different names; or have you also forgotten you have to give your name when you sign up for a YouTube account?

And before you try to say you can put in a false name, I've seen accounts terminated when Google asked the account holder to verify the account with Government-issued ID and the user could not supply an ID that matched the name on the YouTube channel account. They only tend to do this in the case of suspected identity fraud, by the way.
