Adsense Need To approve Address?

Does adsense need to approve your address and your name?
Through like a id like a bank statement or lisence

or do they just send you a pincode to the address you entered (my address)

No they dont need to "approve" your name and address but they wil want to verify it by mailing the pin code.
If you use a fake, made-up name you may have trouble getting your money, but that's your problem.

I seem to remember that they do the account verification by crediting your bank account with a few pennies and then when it appears on your bank statement, you have to confirm the exact amount that was credited. For the postal address, I'm not sure, I can't remember.
