ADSENSE HELP!!!

hey guys!
so recently i got upartnered from awesomesstv, and now im having problems with my monetizations! I tried to re apply for monetization but i cant because after i check all the boxes this message pops up
"error sign up try again later"

Last time when i applied for monetization it worked but now i dont know what happened.
I really need some help guys!!
