AdSense Disabled for Bogus Reason

Craziest part is I JUST started monetizing my channel. I had an estimated earnings of $1.93. Yep, that's it. I've never been paid. Straight out the gate I get a lifetime ban.

Also, just the fact that if someone decides to "clickbomb" your videos and/or ads, or puts your video on one of those view bot websites, that's also enough for Google to disable your AdSense.

The system is really broken, for sure!

That's the thing a lot of people put the bannings down to people lying about their actions with their own ads etc but surely not all are lying through their teeth. I know someone who was banned in person and they're not the type to lie, the only thing they were doing that could cause it was linking to their AdSense enabled videos from a popular website on a new channel. I'm sure the system is broken too it is always fresh channels too as if large ones even if hit can take a hit without repercussion.

So what's the best thing I can do with starting a new channel and eventually partnering with a network? I have over 1,000 subs on my current channel. Should I advertise on my current channel that I'm switching to a new channel? I'm hoping some of my current subs will follow me to the new channel. Is there anyway if I link the two channels together that the second channel could get penalized because of what happened with my first channel?
