ADOBE PREMIERE PRO IS MAKING ME MAD!

I've Got It
So I normally record in .avi files from Bandicam, then convert them to .mp4 files so they can go into Premiere Pro. Whenever I put .mp4 files into Premiere, the audio is not synced.

I Googled this and it said to import .mov files, and I did. It rejected them with the error message "This file has no audio or video streams". I checked - and it did. WTF PLZ HELP SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING!

im pretty sure you can save the video as mp4 on bandicam. And i also don't have problems importing avi files into premiere... I remember i found a similar issue a few months ago but i do not remember the solution, sorry.... Try to ad vlc codecs to your system, not enirely sure if it will help though.

This is exactly why I stopped using Premiere. I like some of the features better, but I switched to Vegas because it literally never complains about video formats no matter what you throw at it. When I'm dealing with video from my DSLR, GoPro and my phone to make a cohesive video, I can't have any of my sources stop working or give me more trouble than they're worth. The only problem I've ever had with Vegas was using a video off an iPhone formatted for a Mac. For some reason it hated that, but I found an easy workaround. Premiere would throw out 1/2 of the clips from my DSLR even though they're the same format as the other clips coming off the same camera, it never made sense to me.

You have to have Quicktime player installed on your system. Otherwise Premiere doesn't know how to read the file.

I exclusively use premiere and ae, so very familar with it.

I'll try that thanks.
