So I went to edit this video and when I pull it up in adobe premier the audio and video is out of sync. but when i watch the video from the file on my computer the audio and video are insynce. Anyone know what I should do?

When I have sync issues I restart my computer and try to minimize background programs when editing, sometimes it causes my video to stutter and the audio to keep going and getting ahead of it.

It sounds like it might be a buffering issue or even possibly an issue with the codec.

I handbroke it to make it so it wasn't a variable framerate anymore and it still was out of sync. I havn't change out i recorded or anything. I am pretty sure it's not a buffering issue. UGH i have been struggling with this for almost four hours now.
