To be honest, I don't like the subscription based model and think CS6 is the way to go. It is a very robust and powerful platform, in my opinion the lack of upgrades is a negligible factor.
BUT. CC has tons of new features, especially the cloud service. Adobe Flash is much better. The media encoder is better. There are tons of new fonts, that are otherwise quite expensive. Premiere tends to handle tasks better, especially the improved mercury engine and better audio. These are the things I PERSONALLY noticed, there is probably a TON more that I haven't explored yet.
But even with these improvements, I would go with CS6, just because it is more economic in the long run.
