Cram your tags to the limit withe everything related to your video, but don't use irrelevant tags as it might annoy someone.

Exactly.
That, and abuse can get you a strike (or worse) if they catch it.
I stuff my tags with anything relevant to the video, and I continue tagging until I have too many tags, then edit down until it just fits. Use that space!
My method: I listen to my video as I'm tagging it. Type as you listen, then edit down if you have too many.
It's easy to come up with relevant tags, if you use your head. It'll help your video garner legit views, and best of all... you won't gain a strike/get your channel suspended.

The YouTube Creator's Playbook has good advice for it. Focus on the first couple of sentences, since that is what people see when your video shows up in search results and on the watch page.
