Adblock no longer blocks Youtube ads? Success!

There's a skip button, and the ones without it are only about 30 seconds long. How is it a shame?

Well some of the people i'm subbed to don't get alot of views. But for some reason they do have a partnership and have ads enabled. Now I know a uploader (i'm subbed to him because some of his videos are really good), but he only enabled ads you can't skip because he thinks those make the most money. I know for sure when adblock doesn't work i'm not watching his videos anymore and because he only get a handfull of views per video it's quite a shame for him.

And I can remember there was a 1 minute ad you couldn't skip in the past.

I wish Shay would shave his huge beard and long hair, it suits him much better :P

Unfortunately I don't think this is actually something google has implemented yet. It's likely just your ad block program not functioning correctly. Not sure why all 3 you tried didn't function, as you mentioned, it may have something to do with your computer.

No guis, ads a bad, think of the consumers. Haha. Really ads don't bother me a bit, I just click, maybe see whats happening at YTTalk or whatever, oh look my videos playing, its not an issue.
But if Google did make adblock not work, that could cause a uproar with the viewers, many people quit hulu because of the ads. We have to remember that while Youtube is the most plump/rounded, there are others out there. We need to find a balance between Creators and Consumers (who believe the creators shouldn't be payed, but enjoy their content?)

Perfect. Next we need a right clicker blocker, mouse trails, and falling snow particles in all youtube videos henceforth.
