Accused of something I haven't done :(

What I am finding very strange is this Quiz Music Group does not have a website or anything. When you Google them all that comes up is people having the same issue as you are. Where the music was public domain. This is very odd. I have noticed in my searching that may of these people had used iMovie to make a trailer. I am wondering what you used?

I think it's a trust thing. The network evaluates your channel to see if your content is good and is your own, then they decide if they want to trust you with instant monetization. If they are browsing my videos one day and see I've uploaded something that isn't mine, I could lose my partnership or they might ask me to take it down, but my network trusts me more than youtube does, so they don't feel the need to examine before I monetize, they're more like "we trust you know what you're doing, just don't let us catch you abusing it"

Now I get it.
But doesn't you tube check on your network?[DOUBLEPOST=1351039171,1351038804][/DOUBLEPOST]

That's very interesting...if I'm not the only one it must be a kind of fraud or something.
Btw, I'm linking the video (which was actually the trailer of another video) so you can see in the video description the name of the song and the link to its licence.
Thank you for telling me this: you've been very useful and gave me hope :)

Hmm I don't see a problem, but I am kind of new to all of this.

Well they say that the song I've used in the end of the video is own by this "quiz music group" but fortunately I ALWAYS give credit when I use a song and make sure that I'm allowed to use it.
I'm still waiting for a reply to my claim, but now that I know that lots of people had the same problem I'm pretty sure that everything it's going to be alright.
Thanks again

I haven't been accused of copyright infringement on YouTube; although I have run into instances where I was using content that YouTube didn't want to monetize. I was unaware that EA had such a stranglehold on fan content (one of my SWTOR videos didn't go through.) I went ahead and disabled monetization on it. I otherwise get my videos monetized instantly.

I did once use an Approching Nirvana song (with attribution, it's licensed by them on YT itself for this purpose) and that I think got me rejected from a partnership with SocialBlade. (I think.) Of course, they didn't cite what videos they said they didn't like; but it could have been the fact that I do non-traditional gaming videos for the purpose of critique and anthropological study of the media.

Meanwhile, I truck on.

I know copyright is a sticky subject and right now it falls heavily on the accusers side (even if they're lying or automatic.) So it's easy to run odds with filters and trolls.
