Accuracy of SocialBlade Projections?

I'm curious to hear if anyone has followed their sub or view projections on socialblade long-term? If so, did you find them to be accurate?
 
Un-accurate to start off I think. My projections which I should have apparently reached in two years I have already reached, but they have changed it now but it is still inaccurate :)
 
Basically what they do is they take some previous time period (I'm not sure what. But like the last few days or maybe few weeks) and multiply that out. So if your average views per day stay the same the formula would be very accurate. Problem is, I don't think it's taking into account wether your channel is growing or shrinking. So unless you're channel stay exactly the same the projections don't mean much. It is kind of interesting to look at though just so you can see if your channel does stay the same where it will be in X amount of time.
