Why or why not? I can't post the link for some unknown reason(perhaps because I'm not VIP, I'm not sure) but have a look on the Search function for the "I got partnered with AwesomenessTV" thread, or perhaps someone who can make links can post it? It's just one of several threads posted here where people rushed into signing a contract thinking it was great, and then very quickly realising what a shithole they'd accidentally locked themselves into for 2 years.

Ha, there's a stickied thread in the Monetization and Partnership section of the forum explaining exactly why they're not ideal... RPM and AwesomenessTV aren't scraping the barrel when it comes to networks, it's beyond scraping the scrapings. It's akin to making your fingernails bleed trying to get the last dregs of sustenance from that barrel.
The two networks are that awful at helping their partnered channels out, you'd be much better off painting your channel onto your chest and walking up and down your high street to advertise yourself - and then when the police come and arrest you and you're all over the news, suddenly I have a desire to shave my chest hair off and go for a walk...
