About the payed channels

i mean YT allready made some changes to the site that made the users angry ... so what could stop them from making every sub to be payed for ... you know my point ?
People were angry because people do not like change. With every layout change in the past, people have complained about it and tried to make petitions. It happens with every website really..

The style and background was a layout change. That is something completely different than paid subscriptions. YouTube knows that it's not a good idea to force pay all the channels. They would loose a lot of people that way. There is nothing to worry about.
its not really worry but the thing is ...ppl might actualy go with it since so many (including me) are hooked on youtube ... i mean it would be a road split like what do i do ... do i try to continue or just quit ?

Yes, but you're talking about a fundamental change in their business model, rather than an addition. Do you honestly think YouTube wants to compete with Netflix & Hulu to be the #1 pay site? They're the #1 video site PERIOD. Anything they want to do like this is to help make a space for DVD extras in a post disc era - this is future-proofing.

Trust me.. YouTube is not broke lol. The day Google becomes broke, will be the day the world ends.
hahahahahaha the internet dyes ... screw a EMP bomb, just drive google out of buissyness hahahahaha[DOUBLEPOST=1368213645,1368213508][/DOUBLEPOST]

hmm ... you got a point there ... but lets talk hypothetically, what if youtube makes it so that the channels that allready exist have to have a certain amount of subs and so they pass to be payed subs and then to open a new hannel you have to pay a amount of money ... could that be a posible happening ? i mean like even to pay monthly 2 or 3 bucks its not much but to keep it up in the end would be drag

No. That wouldn't happen. It's too convoluted and random.

Most likely, companies will make deals with Google where they have main (free) channels and second (pay) channels with extra content. Using the same model other youtubers have come up with organically, just making it more worth companies' time.
