We all get stuck at one point and people lack motivation from it. That separates the people that truly have fun doing what they are doing on YouTube and those who have other reasons for doing it. You'll make it dude! Just continue creating good quality content!

Channelytics shows you haven't gained a subscriber in a month.

Open your channel Analytics > Subscribers > (source) Video.

What videos specifically are they subscribing to? Whatever videos are getting the most, try doing more of that.

Sometimes, we plateau at a certain number of subscribers, but it always breaks and starts climbing again. Keep doing what you're doing and look for ways to improve on SEO and promotion. Also, be brutal with your content. What isn't getting views? Can you stop doing that and do something that has proven to get views on your channel? It's definitely a matter of balancing what you like to do with what people want to see. You can do it, though! Good luck!
