Channelytics shows you haven't gained a subscriber in a month.

Open your channel Analytics > Subscribers > (source) Video.

What videos specifically are they subscribing to? Whatever videos are getting the most, try doing more of that.

Also, be brutal with your content. What isn't getting views? Can you stop doing that and do something that has proven to get views on your channel?
