A Thumbnail Problem, Please Help?

You can use a Google Voice number, for the record. Which is free.

Okay I'll try it out, thanks for the tip![DOUBLEPOST=1373785403,1373784211][/DOUBLEPOST]Okay everyone so I was finally be able to verify my account thanks to gisikw but my account is still not eligible for customizing thumbnails or monetization. Is this have to do with the fact that maybe monetization hasn't been launched in my country...? :S

In my experience, I usually got thumbnails about 30 days after verifying. Though I was also monetizing, so I can't promise anything.

This is the same for me. I did the cellphone thing and then just never turned monetization on.
